Gradually with the passage of time, the founder's  inventive  genius and enterprise led to the  introduction  of  modern  technology  in  high  precision  dies  to  meet  the internal industrial demand. The growth of a  small firm  touched its peak in forties. A small   firm  got   converted  in  a   Limited  Co.  in  October,  1949.  Till  that  time  the Precision work had attained its own height and the company Won a "GOLD MEDAL" award in  8th Indian Industries Exhibition in March, 1949 at Bombay.

     Several avevue  of  growth  have  opened  after  the  independence of country.  The Company  has   made  spectacular   progress  with  expansion  and  diversification  of activities  to encourage Cottage & Small Scale Industries.

     By  Virtue  of  Companies  Act ,  !956,  the   firm   automatically   became  a  Private Limited Co.  Since  then  the  Company has  widened  its scope of  manufacturing and entered  in  the   Soap  machinery  manufacturing  line.  Its   contribution  to  the  Soap Industry, besides  manual operated machinery, includes the finsihing line for all type  of Toilet and Bath Soap.

     Introduction  of   Synthetic   Detergent  in  late  sixties  and  subsequently  in  India 
in     Seventies,  the   Company   has  entered  in   the   modern   detergent   machinery manufacturing   within   a   span  of   6  decades  and  the   Company  has  achieved  a  familiarity  in  Soap making  machinery.

     The  Company has its own  R&D plant  to provide product development facility to small manufacturers and to new enterprenurs in Soap and Detergent Industry.

     The  Company  also  has  a good record of export of  Soap machinery to various countries.
