SOAP CRUTCHER
The net Soap drawn from the Kettle through skimmer pipe is transformed to a Crutcher. As the Soap leaving the pan contains small percentage of free alkali which is neutralized in the Crutcher by the addition of oil or fatty acids etc.

Its use is very common for Washing and Toilet Soap. Apart from reduction of alkali contents in the neat soap its other application is addition of various additives in the soap for a uniform mixing.

Crutcher consist of a container, open top, mounted with drive system. Mixing of mass carried out by a vertical worm revolving in a cylindrical barrel made of Mild Steel with an external jacket for hot water circulation or steam. A control valve on the bottom of crutcher adjust th discharge of mixed mass for cooling in Moulds or fed into a feeding tank for evaporating undesired moisture in an automizer.

Features of Candle Machine
* Heavy duty structural Steelbase frame and Plates in high thickness for fitting of Candle Cavities.
* Main body is arranged with a water reservoir for water circulation to keep cavities cool during operation with inlets/outlets.
* Polished Brass Pipe, both ends threaded are fitted in between two plates duly tightened with Nuts with proper sealing arrangement to avoid water leakage during operation.
* Collapsable seasoned Wooden Catcher is fitted on the top of machine to arrest Candles coming out from the cavities.
* Nails of long size are fitted in a wooden plank placed in the foot of machine for putting threads reels. End of thread can be pulled up with the help of a fine wire to drag the end of thread to the extent of wooden Catcher.
* Movement of Machine is Up and downward manually or by Electrical Motor coupled with a Spur gear.
* Motorised machine will have DOL starter with reverse/forward switches and with a limit switch.
