This machine is designed carefully to acieve multiple products. To mix colour, perfume, additives in soap chips, flakes, thin and fine noodles (2-3 mm thickness) to obtain uniform mixing of the colour and perfume. It is achieved by specially designed blades set on a parallel shaft mounted with close clearance in a 'U' shaped trough. With the help of specially shaped blades the mass rolls and folds it back to push down the material inside the trough to join the seperate layers of mass. The continous rolling,folding action on a fixed speed gives a uniform mixing to the mass. Other than the mixing of soap chips with colouring agents, this is more suitable for making detergent powder as it mixes quickly with a proper dispersion of liquids and other agents.
