Plodder-the most crucial piece of equipment which plays a major role in the manufacturing of soap cakes and detergent cakes. The ribbon like mass or noddles are fed in the feeder of the Plodder and it passes through the thrust carrier plodding the mass compactly giving it fineness for the adore of soap. The machine is properly equipped with cooling and heating arrangements. Distinctive shape of bar can be had with suitable mouthpiece. Simplex or single worm plodder are generally deployed for making detergent cakes. Capacity : 20 kg/hr. to 1000 kg/hr. |

The modern finishing uses a Duplex Vacuum plodder for the final refining, compacting & air free extrusion of a continuous bar Specially in Toilet Soap. Such type of Plodder consists of two Plodder mounted in tandem and connected by a vacuum chamber. Their preliminary stage serves for the final refinig of the product through refining screens of various mesh and forces the soap mass through a perforated disc transforming the mass into noodles in any length and thickness. The noodles falls into the vacuum chamber, where they are taken up by the main extrusion worm , again compressed continuously and then extruded in the form of bar. Worm cylinder are equipped with cooling jackets. The vacuum chamber is heated to prevent condensation and it is generated through a vacuum pump. End of the conical compression head is heated electrically under the control of a temperature regulator to get glossy surface on the soap bar. Capacity : 150 kg/hr. to 1000 kg/hr. and above. |
