Rolling mills usually three but four and five roll mills are also employed for these purpose. The drive is effected via an electric motor and spur gears, pulley and V-belts. Production rate vary with product type, film thickness, moisture content etc.

Application of this machine in the soap making or in detergent cakes is a requirement of process. It is generally used for breaking of bigger lumps which comes out from the mixer. It turns down the mass after due refining and homogenizing into noodle form. Thus, its use accelerates the production rate as well as it acts as a refiner.

The crest of cylindrical housing is fitted with suitable perforated plate in accordance with the size of noodles as determined having six or four Shredders rotating on the surface of perforated plate for cutting noodles. Single worm Pelletizer or Twin Worm Pelletizers can be used for Toilet or Detergent soaps according to Production requirements.

Capacity : 75 to 100 - 1500 kg/hr. depending on nature of material.
