It is an outstanding Kneader/Mixer for top performance, utmost safety, kneading of viscous, fluids and semi-solids of medium and high density ingredients in making Toilet soap, Detergent cakes, Pigments, Clay Coating, Food Products, Pharmaceuticals and numerous other products for all classes of hard or soft nature. In this mixer complete dispersion is achieved through the most desirable combination of stretching, folding, kneading and tearing action. Mixing/Kneading is accomplished by pressing the material against the walls of trough. As the mixer arms rotate they tear the loose portion of the mass in the mixer and carry to those portions to other parts of the trough, thus re-distributing the contents. The correct pitch of "Z" blades provide effective movement of the material from each end of the trough to its centre. After completion of mixing, the discharge of the material can be carried out by numerous methods like, tilting the trough manually or automatically and bottom discharge by providing the bottom opening.

Capacity : 25 to 2000 ltr and above depending on the nature of the material i.e. density, viscosity and moisture etc.

Refining Roll Mills are in  wide spread use in Soap and Detergent industry. Special Chilled casting rolls are employed which rotate in roller bearings. The rolls are interior cooled with water to percolate undesirable heating of the mass during operation. There is continous water circulation system in all the rolls.

The transfer of soap detergent mass from one roll to the next is enabled by the differing roll speeds. The first roll gathers up the mass and squeezes it. The second rolls runs faster than the first roll as a result of which the soap sticks as a film of adjustable thickness onto the second roll - the rolls possess an accurate manually actuated fine inter roll gap adjustment. The third roll runs faster than the second roll owing to the speeds inter acting rolls both compression and forces act on the inter roll gap and cause an intensive grinding of the soap or detergent mass in small layer thickness. The inter roll-gap between the upper and lower rolls can be adjusted manually.
